The grapes are harvested by hand, when the grape has reached a slightly superior wiltig point . Grapes are directly subject to cold pre-maceration, maceration at controlled temperature. Fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging in barrique.
The wine has a ruby red color, with a good structure and a lick of freshness. Intense and complex with floral and fruity notes of cherry, red fruits, and spices. Well-bodied, balanced and round with a harmonious taste.
Aging in oak barrel for 6 months.
Cheeses, white meat, pasta, soups, pastries.
